Cast bomb

The Cast Bomb is a vault used in freerunning in which a practicioner performs a reverse kong vault directly into a castaway back flip.

History[]

The cast bomb was created in March 2008 by Daniel Arroyo.[1]

Prerequisite[]

It is necessary to have a good understanding of both the reverse kong vault and castaway before attempting to learn the cast bomb.
