The Dash Bomb is a vault used in freerunning where the practitioner performs a front flip immediately out of a dash vault without their feet touching the ground in-between. It is considered to be one of the most difficult vaults to learn.

The first person to successfully land the trick was Ronnie Shalvis in October 2008.[1]

Prerequisite[]
It is necessary to have a good understanding of both the dash vault and front flip before attempting to learn the dash bomb. Additionally, it is highly advised to only practice learning this trick inside a foam pit before taking it outside.
