Kong precession[]
the kong pre is a fundamental move in parkour often used to go over a block and balance on a bar or other block, it is trained commonly so that when applying to the outside world ,any block will not be a challenge.this move ,as said can be done onto a bar or onto a new block. The bar version being a lot harder. The move itself is just a normal Kong but with a added element of trying to get your feet to a elevated surface without under powering or over powering your Kong causing you to overshoot or undershoot. And landing in a precision position ,it can also be done on ground when testing your limit , to see your potential on how far you can push you Kong pre ,before trying the actual thing.
The progressions[]
- As said just put a block and Kong over it ,see how far you can go and put a plank at where you land
- try again and try to presision on the plank ,most commonly you will put one leg first then try both at once.
- when confident ,try to stick the move perfectly.
Pre req[]
just make sure you can do a normal pre and a Kong .
