A Planche is a strength feat in which the entire body is supported on the arms and held horizontally. hold is similar to a handstand in the sense that your entire body weight is supported only by your hands. The planche is made so much harder by the fact that your body is parallel to the floor, so it relies a lot more on upper body strength than balance. Those with a high level of strength can even perform planche pushups.

The technique is often used by practitioners of parkour to show the results of their intense training.
