A spinning vault is a vault used primarily in freerunning. It is similar to a speed vault but with a 360 degree twist.
Technique[]
- Run at the object you want to jump over.
- Touch the object with your left hand and go parallel with the object.
- Flip side ways and touch it with the left hand.
- Continue running.
